Meditation (Dhyan Yoga)

Meditation brings strength and allows us to experience inner peace. Meditation is concentration and thoughtlessness. In the Peace of Mind meditation process, there are eleven steps:

  • Tratak Kriya (Gazing steadily)
  • Shithilikaran Yoga (Total Body Relaxation Practice)

  • Bhavna Yoga(AutoSuggestion Meditation)
  • Tanmurti Yoga(Steadiness of Body)
  • Shwas Darshan Sadhna(Breathing Awareness Meditation)
  • Soham Dhyan
  • Chakrabhedan Dhyan
  • TathaataBhav Dhyan
  • VartamanKriya Yoga(Practice of Living in Present)

By practicing the above, one experiences the essential state of joy. Meditation can bring change in the entire lifestyle. To learn these Yoga-Meditation processes, camps for Part time and Fulltime Meditation are organized.
